Kish Multi Pro With Plugins Feature

I get a lot of customization request for Kish Multi Pro users. I need to modify some core functionality as per the feature requests which is something which I feel is not right as they are deprived of the future updates. If a customized version of any software is updated by modifying the core files and goes for a version update the customization is lost and so most of the users having customized version don’t go for updates.

Recently I worked for some great customization which were really major changes put me to think of re-writing the entire code to make customization using plugins like we do with regular WordPress plugins.

Good news is that I have started working on a fully new version of Kish Multi Pro where you can write your own plugins and change the way things work with this plugin. I have already tested some customization using plugins. Here in plugins you get access to some hooks which will help you place additional menu’s buttons links, create new featured pages and I feel almost everything that you want to do. If you are having experience working with WordPress plugins, then you can do it yourself or you can hire me or any other developers with knowledge of WordPress development.

Check out the image where you see the new structure of files in this plugin. You can add new functions using the hook and you need to place the plugin inside the plugins folder where you write your customization. You should not or you need not modify any of the core files. You can add new Javascript files or function, CSS classes or even a full CSS file to this plugin using the available hooks.

With the implementation of plugins feature you can do the following without modifying the plugin files

1. Add new database queries
2. Add new buttons, menu
3. Add a customized page query etc.
4. Even totally change the functionality of this plugin using the features of the classes used to communicate with remote blogs.
5. Add new CSS files, JS files

I am still testing this and trying to add more hooks and filters to make it as easy as possible to do customization. Will keep you all updated.
